David Fajgenbaum and Ben Chesson share the story of how Students of AMF was founded. As a college student, David Fajgenbaum’s mom died and he knew he needed support. He formed the first group to provide encouragement to students who, like him, were grieving. Today, Students of AMF is a nationwide network of chapters on over 200 college and university campuses.
